When developing an oceanfront property on Southampton’s prestigious Meadow Lane, the owner approached us to create pre-construction renderings in order to expedite the building approval process and to pre-sell the house. One of the four renderings we created was selected for the cover of the Homes of the Hamptons (4/06) and the remaining three were featured in a full-page ad inside.
